Delivery terms will be based on the courier company engaged to deliver the goods. We are not liable for any issues in relation to delivery times once the goods are with the courier company and make no guarantees.
The delivery times and pickup times will vary and will be based on the courier company engaged to deliver the goods. (Generally, courier collects from our warehouse at 3:30 – 4:30 pm daily). We make no guarantees in relation to delivery times once with the courier company.
The delivery costs are based on location of purchaser and weight of products. Delivery costs may vary.
Damaged goods: If the package is damaged on delivery, purchaser MUST call and provide DuraSales with evidence (ideally a photo) immediately. Upon inspection and discussion steps to return package to DuraSales will be communicated.
Faulty on arrival: The purchaser has 7 days (from the receipt of delivery of the product) to contact DuraSales to discuss the faulty product. Upon confirmation, steps to return package to DuraSales will be communicated. The product is then sent to manufacturer to be tested and checked. If the product is found to be faulty; a credit will be issued to the account.
If the purchaser requests quote for products. Quote is valid for 30 days.
Payment methods include direct deposit, PayPal, and Stripe.
Returns and exchanges – The purchaser has 7 days (from the receipt of delivery of the product) to contact DuraSales to discuss why this is required. Upon inspection and discussion, steps to return package to DuraSales will be communicated. Product must be returned is a “saleable condition” (minus the restocking fee; 20% of product cost) an order for a credit is issued to the account.
Force Majeure applies to purchases from this website – we will not be liable for non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as but not restricted to, COVID-19 or other pandemic, war, floods, or acts of God.
